It’s one of my favorite drinks to serve at parties, but how do you make a mojito for a lot of people? Making cocktails one by one is too much of a hassle, which is why I’m so obsessed with pitcher cocktails. This Mint Mojito Pitcher Recipe is a lifesaver for summer parties!

It’s seriously so easy to make, and you can even make it ahead of time if needed. Whip up a couple pitchers of this, let them chill in the refrigerator, and they’re ready to serve when you are!

This Mojito Pitcher recipe is just one of many drink recipes that make parties easier. 

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE MINT SIMPLE SYRUP:

  • 1 cup superfine sugar (you can also use granulated sugar)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup fresh mint leaves (1 ounces)

FOR THE MOJITOS:

  • 2 cups good quality white rum (16 ounces)
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice (6-8 limes)
  • 2 cups club soda

GARNISH:

  • Fresh lime slices
  • Mint sprigs

INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE MINT SIMPLE SYRUP:

  1. In a small saucepan set over medium-high heat, bring sugar, water and mint leaves to simmer (low boil). Stir until the sugar dissolves and then simmer 3 more minutes, without stirring. Pour the simple syrup over a mesh strainer set over a larger bowl. Set the simple syrup in the fridge to cool, about 30 minutes.

FOR THE MOJITOS:

  1. Once the simple syrup has cooled, pour it into a large pitcher and add the rum and lime juice. Stir and chill at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.

FOR SERVING:

  1. When ready to serve, add the club soda and gently stir.
  2. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves (if desired).
  3. Enjoy!
