Healthy Banana Split

This simple, delicious recipe is sure to please your kids. To make this healthy breakfast banana split, all it takes is one banana, yogurt instead of ice cream (I like to use coconut yogurt), fruit, granola, and other toppings of your choice—like chocolate chips, jam, or almond butter!

I really like it when my kids are having a good breakfast before they go to school and I most say every time I make this breakfast, I always find their plates empty.


  • 1 banana, cut in half lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 2 tbsp berries of your choice
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips


  1. Cut the banana and place it in a dish.
  2. Add yogurt, granola, berries, almond butter, and chocolate chips.
  3. Enjoy!
